3/4/25 - Release Notes

We’ve rolled out a significant update today, addressing several bugs and enhancing your Buildaible experience. Below is a breakdown of what’s fixed, along with a couple of features still in testing for a future release. For the latest on features and updates, keep this Knowledge Base bookmarked: buildaible.document360.io/docs.

What’s Fixed

Under the Hood:

  • Tenant cookies are now stored separately with a 30-day expiration. After 30 days, users are redirected to the tenant login page.

On Your Screen:

  • Developer Mode Defaults: When creating a new app, Developer Mode now turns ON by default.

  • Grouping by Date: Grouping by date in a table view no longer triggers an error page.

  • Calendar Lookups: Adding a lookup field to a calendar view no longer results in an error.

  • Single-Select Fixes:

    • Changed single-select options display correctly on existing records and tables—no more old labels or blank entries.

    • Deleted single-select options remain visible on existing records but are not available for new ones (“archived” behavior).

  • Table Home Disappearing: The Table Home link no longer vanishes unexpectedly.

  • Developer Mode Off: When Developer Mode is OFF, users can still switch filter presets, toggle grouping, and drag columns—but cannot save these changes.

In Progress (Testing for Upcoming Release)

  • Improved handling for related data - primary lookups, lookups, summary fields, etc.

  • Date field display - streamlined formatting across the application.

What’s Next

  • Table Column Resizing: Soon, you’ll be able to resize column widths in table reports to fit more data on your screen.

  • Public API: Greater flexibility and integrations on the way.

  • Granular Roles & Permissions: More detailed control over user access.
