Managing Your Account
Managing your Buildaible account is straightforward and can be accessed via the “My Buildaible Account” option located in the bottom left corner of the Workspace Home page. This guide outlines the various sections available to account managers for seamless control over their workspace and users.
Accessing Account Management

From the Workspace Home page, navigate to the bottom left corner.

Click “My Buildaible Account”.

You’ll be directed to the Account Management Page, where the following sections are available:

Workspace Settings

Logo Upload: (Coming soon!) This feature will allow account managers to customize their workspace with a company logo.

Display Name: Update the name displayed across your workspace to reflect your organization.

Apps List
-
View all applications created within your account.
App Management Options:

Edit App Details (e.g., name and description).

Access App Settings for configuration.
This section provides a clear overview of all apps under your workspace.

User List
-
Manage all users associated with your workspace.
Information displayed:

Username
-
Email
-
Role(s) assigned

View App Access: Click this option to see a detailed list of apps the user has access to, their roles within each app, and when they were last active. You can also manage app-specific permissions for each user.

Billing

Review your plan details and billing history:

Account Plan.

Number of Paid Users in your plan.

Invoices for your subscription, including status (e.g., Paid, Pending).

Manage your subscription, update billing information, or cancel your account directly from this page.
