Cancellation and Billing Policy

Buildaible subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis at a rate of $15 per user per account. Every account includes one free user forever, and billing starts only when additional users are added.

Billing Details:

  • Monthly Billing:

    • Your subscription is charged monthly on the same date each billing cycle.

    • The billing amount is calculated based on the number of users active in your account at the time of billing, excluding the one free user.

  • Adding or Removing Users:

    • If additional users are added to your account during a billing cycle, charges for these users will begin in your next billing cycle.

    • Similarly, if users are removed during the billing cycle, the reduction in charges will reflect in the next billing cycle.

       

    Note: Mid-cycle changes to user counts do not adjust charges for the current billing period.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Cancellation Process:

    • The account admin can cancel or reactivate the subscription at any time through the My Buildaible Account section.

    • Cancellation requests must be completed before the next billing cycle begins to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

  • Account Access After Cancellation:

    • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After this period, access to your account and its data will be restricted unless the subscription is reactivated.

  • Reactivation:

    • Subscriptions can be reactivated at any time before or after cancellation. Reactivating an account restores all prior data, configurations, and settings.

Refunds and Proration:

  • Buildaible does not offer refunds or prorated credits for unused time within a billing cycle.

  • All charges are final for the current billing cycle once processed.

Important Considerations:

  • To avoid unexpected charges, carefully manage user counts before the next billing cycle begins.

  • Misuse of the subscription structure to avoid proper billing (e.g., repeatedly adding and removing users mid-cycle) may result in account review or action per our Terms of Service.
